Before you begin
- An active Event Stream account with access to the area described in this guide.
Start watching
- 1Open My Events and choose the event.
- 2Complete registration if required.
- 3Wait until the event status and schedule allow viewing.
- 4Select Watch Event and start playback in the embedded player.
Viewing session
When the player opens, Event Stream creates a viewer session after access and concurrency checks. The page updates the session about every 60 seconds and marks it inactive on close when possible.
Note: Basic events such as opened, ready, started, paused, heartbeat, and closed may be recorded to support viewer analytics.
Player controls and privacy
Available controls depend on the external provider. Event Stream limits visible provider chrome where practical, but does not claim that a YouTube, Vimeo, or custom embed URL is technically impossible to extract.
Expected result
Playback begins only after assignment, schedule, registration, subscription, and session controls pass.
