Before you begin
- An active Event Stream account with access to the area described in this guide.
Customer-facing data
- Profile identity such as name, email, login ID, phone, role, and status.
- Group membership and event assignments.
- Registration status and timestamps.
- Viewer sessions, device metadata, region when enabled, last seen, and duration.
- Announcement reads.
Responsible use
- Collect and export only what is needed for event operations.
- Restrict admin and Platform Administrator access.
- Use geo tracking only when required and appropriately disclosed.
- Do not describe viewing analytics as attendance.
- Remove local credential and report exports when no longer needed.
Expected result
Administrators and viewers understand what data supports event operations and how it should be handled.
