Before you begin
- An active Event Stream account with access to the area described in this guide.
What you can do
- Create and edit event details, schedule, registration, replay, and session controls.
- Connect one primary YouTube, Vimeo, or custom embed source.
- Assign viewers and groups, manage registrations, and attach image assets.
Recommended order
- 1Create an event.
- 2Add and test the stream source.
- 3Configure registration and access.
- 4Assign the audience.
- 5Move the event to the correct status.
Availability
Your navigation only shows areas included in your organization plan and allowed by your role. If an area is missing, ask an Organization Administrator to review access or contact the Platform Administrator about plan availability.
