Before you begin
- An active Event Stream account with access to the area described in this guide.
Check in order
- 1Confirm the user is active and signed into the correct organization.
- 2Confirm a direct assignment or membership in an assigned group.
- 3Confirm the Events capability and active subscription.
- 4Confirm the event is not Draft or Cancelled.
- 5Confirm the start and end window.
- 6Confirm Registered status when required.
- 7Confirm replay availability for completed or archived events.
- 8Check device and concurrent-session limits.
Expected result
The exact eligibility, schedule, registration, subscription, or session rule is identified.
