Create a viewer

Create the account

1. 1Open Audience and select Create User.
2. 2Enter full name, email, optional phone, and the required 8- or 9-digit login ID.
3. 3Choose Viewer unless the person needs an allowed administrative role.
4. 4Set the active state and save.
5. 5Copy or download the login URL, login ID, email, and temporary password shown after creation.

Account rules

• Email and login ID must be unique within the organization.
• Event Managers cannot create or promote users to Organization Administrator.
• Temporary passwords are shown only in the immediate result and are not stored in the profile.
• The user must change the temporary password on first login.
