Sign in
Choose the correct sign-in page for your role and organization.

Before you begin
- An active Event Stream account with access to the area described in this guide.
Organization sign-in
- 1Open the sign-in link provided by your organization, such as eventstream.app/your-organization/login.
- 2Enter your email address or 8- or 9-digit login ID.
- 3Enter your password and select Sign in.
- 4If prompted, create a new password before continuing.
Note: A login ID only works within the organization that issued it.
Platform Administrator sign-in
Platform Administrators use the main /login page with email and password. Organization users cannot sign in there and should use their organization link or Find Organization.
Important: Never share a temporary password or reuse it on another service.
Common sign-in issues
- Wrong page: use your organization sign-in link, not the Platform Administration page.
- Unknown organization: use Find Organization with your account email.
- Temporary password rejected: check exact capitalization and ask an administrator for replacement credentials.
- Inactive account or organization: contact your Organization Administrator.
Expected result
You reach the correct admin or viewer home for your role.
