By accessing or using Event Stream, you agree to these Terms and any applicable order form or written agreement. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and use the service in accordance with applicable law.

Each organization is responsible for its workspace, configuration, users, events, and use of the service.

Administrators must manage access carefully, keep organization information accurate, assign appropriate roles, and remove access when it is no longer required.

Viewer access is personal to the assigned account and may be limited to specific organizations, groups, events, registration states, dates, or devices.

Users must protect their credentials, complete required password changes, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

You may use Event Stream to organize, control access to, communicate about, and measure private online events within your plan and permissions.

You may not misuse the service, bypass access controls, interfere with other users, introduce malicious code, probe unauthorized areas, or use Event Stream for unlawful or infringing activity.

Organizations are responsible for event descriptions, schedules, announcements, images, audience records, and all other content they provide.

Organizations configure external stream sources and must ensure those sources are valid, available, and suitable for embedding.

Underlying streams may be delivered by YouTube, Vimeo, or another configured provider. Event Stream is not the video host and does not control provider availability, policies, advertising, or technical restrictions.

Organizations control which viewers and groups are eligible for events. Assignment provides eligibility but does not guarantee successful registration, device compatibility, or stream availability.

Events may require registration, impose deadlines or capacity, and use registered, waitlisted, or cancelled states. Registration is not a representation of attendance.

Organizations may apply one-device and concurrent-session limits. Attempts that exceed an effective limit may be denied or an existing session may need to end.

Organizations may configure permitted logos, colors, and login messages when available under their plan. They must have the right to use all branding they provide.

Organizations are responsible for announcement content and image assets. Video files and general document storage are not supported as event assets.

Event Stream and its underlying software, design, and product materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant a limited right to use the service, not ownership of it.

Organizations retain their rights in content they provide and grant the permissions needed to store, process, display, and transmit that content for operation of the service.

The Privacy Policy explains how information is processed. Organizations may have separate obligations to their viewers and event participants.

Access to capabilities and limits depends on the assigned plan and organization subscription status.

Plans may limit users, administrators, monthly events, concurrent viewers, or other capabilities. Attempts beyond a limit may be blocked until usage changes or the plan is updated.

Prices, billing intervals, payment timing, and commercial terms are those stated in the applicable order form or written agreement. Public pricing is informational until confirmed in such an agreement.

Organizations are responsible for applicable taxes except taxes imposed on the service provider's income, unless the applicable agreement states otherwise.

Plan changes may alter available features and limits. The organization should review the effective configuration before approving a change.

Access may be suspended to protect the service, respond to security concerns, enforce an agreement, address prohibited use, or reflect subscription status.

Termination rights and notice requirements are governed by the applicable written agreement. After termination, access may end and the organization should export information it is entitled to retain before that date.

The service is provided using online infrastructure and third-party services. Availability may be affected by maintenance, failures, internet conditions, and external stream providers; uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.

Users and organizations must use reasonable security practices and promptly report suspected compromise. Event Stream applies safeguards but cannot eliminate every risk.

Available exports are provided for authorized organization use. Organizations are responsible for securing exported files and sharing them only with appropriate recipients.

Integrations and external providers are governed by their own terms. Event Stream is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or independent service changes.

To the extent permitted by law, Event Stream is provided without warranties not expressly stated in an applicable written agreement. Organizations remain responsible for their event content, stream rights, and participant communications.

Any liability limitations are governed by the applicable written agreement and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Any indemnity obligations are those expressly stated in an applicable written agreement. Organizations remain responsible for claims arising from content, streams, or data they provide without the required rights.

Features may be improved, replaced, or discontinued. Material changes affecting a paid organization will be handled in accordance with its applicable agreement.

These Terms may be updated to reflect product, operational, or legal changes. The last updated date identifies the current version.

The governing law is the law identified in the applicable order form or written agreement. Event Stream does not designate a different jurisdiction through this public page.

The process and forum for disputes are those stated in the applicable order form or written agreement. The parties should first attempt to resolve concerns through their designated contacts.
