Set and interpret the optional time after which new registration is blocked.

Before you begin
- An active Event Stream account with access to the area described in this guide.
Administrator rules
- The deadline is optional.
- When both exist, the deadline must be at or before the event start time.
- Turning registration off clears the saved deadline and capacity on the next event save.
Viewer experience
After the deadline, viewers can still see event details if assigned, but cannot create or reactivate a registration. Existing Registered users keep their registration unless an administrator changes it.
Expected result
Registration closes at the intended time without incorrectly blocking event edits when registration is disabled.
