Before you begin
- An active Event Stream account with access to the area described in this guide.
Interpret the state
- No Register button: registration may be disabled, the user may be unassigned, or the feature may be unavailable.
- Registration closed: the deadline passed.
- Waitlisted: registered capacity is full.
- Cancelled: register again before the deadline if allowed.
- Registered but no Watch: another access rule still blocks viewing.
Expected result
The viewer understands whether to wait, register again, contact an administrator, or resolve a separate watch-access issue.
