Before you begin
- An active Event Stream account with access to the area described in this guide.
Configure registration
- 1Open the event editor and select Access.
- 2Enable Registration required.
- 3Optionally set a deadline at or before the event start time.
- 4Optionally set a capacity greater than zero.
- 5Save and test with an assigned viewer.
Registration rules
- A deadline is optional even when registration is required.
- When capacity is reached, additional eligible viewers are waitlisted.
- A cancelled registration can be submitted again before the deadline if capacity allows.
- Turning registration off clears the deadline and capacity on the next save.
- Registration is not attendance and does not prove that a viewer watched.
Expected result
Assigned viewers see the correct Register, Registered, Waitlisted, Closed, or Cancelled state.
