Before you begin
- An active Event Stream account with access to the area described in this guide.
Viewer access
- Assigned events through direct or group assignment.
- Self-registration and cancellation when enabled.
- Permitted live streams and replays.
- Relevant announcements and own profile.
Viewer restrictions
- No admin navigation or mutation access.
- No access to unassigned event details or event-specific announcements.
- No ability to register another user.
- No access to organization-wide analytics or exports.
Expected result
Viewer access remains limited to the person's own eligible event experience.
