Before you begin
- An active Event Stream account with access to the area described in this guide.
Settings sections
- General: name, timezone, and date format.
- Branding: logo, approved brand color, and login message.
- Session Controls: default device and concurrent-session policy.
- Viewer Experience: library and replay visibility.
- Announcements: whether organization updates appear on viewer home.
- Security: organization login URL and policy summaries.
Who can change settings
Organization Administrators can save settings. Event Managers can review them but cannot change organization-wide policy. Branding controls also require the Custom Branding feature.
Expected result
Organization defaults are clear and event-level overrides fall back to the intended policy.
