Edit a plan
- 1Open Plans and select a plan.
- 2Update description and monthly or yearly price as supported.
- 3Review grouped feature access.
- 4Set user, admin-user, monthly-event, and concurrent-viewer limits.
- 5Save and verify the plan preview.
Plan-change impact
Changing an organization's assigned plan synchronizes its default feature and limit state. Review any explicit organization overrides before saving a plan change.
Expected result
The plan catalog clearly describes customer-facing access and limits without changing billing automatically.
