Last updated July 20, 2026
Before you begin
- An active Event Stream account with access to the area described in this guide.
Credential set
- Login URL: the organization-specific sign-in page.
- Login ID: an optional 8- or 9-digit organization-scoped identifier.
- Email: the primary account identity.
- Temporary password: generated securely and shown only after creation or import.
Distribute credentials safely
- 1Download or copy credentials immediately.
- 2Send each user only their own credentials through an approved secure channel.
- 3Ask the user to sign in and change the temporary password.
- 4Delete local credential exports after distribution according to your organization's policy.
Password handling
Event Stream never displays a saved password later and does not store temporary passwords in audience profiles. Administrators should not keep informal password lists.
Important: Do not attach the complete credentials CSV to a broad mailing list.
Expected result
Each viewer receives the correct organization login link and one-time credentials without exposing other users.
