Before you begin
- An active Event Stream account with access to the area described in this guide.
Limit types
- Users: total non-deleted organization profiles.
- Admin Users: Organization Administrators and Event Managers.
- Events Per Month: non-deleted events created in the current UTC month.
- Concurrent Viewers: active organization sessions inside the active-viewer window.
When a limit is reached
Event Stream blocks the next related creation, promotion, import, or viewer-session action. Existing records remain available according to normal permissions and subscription rules.
Expected result
Administrators can identify which operation was blocked and which limit needs review.
