- An active Event Stream account with access to the area described in this guide.
What you can do
- Use the dashboard to see live activity and next actions.
- Open only the product areas available to your role and plan.
- Use global search for enabled events, audience, groups, announcements, and assets.
Recommended order
- 1Review dashboard alerts.
- 2Open the area you need from navigation.
- 3Use search or quick actions for frequent work.
Availability
Your navigation only shows areas included in your organization plan and allowed by your role. If an area is missing, ask an Organization Administrator to review access or contact the Platform Administrator about plan availability.
Expected result
