First login
Use temporary credentials and replace the temporary password before accessing Event Stream.

Before you begin
- An active Event Stream account with access to the area described in this guide.
Before you begin
- Have your organization sign-in link.
- Have the email or login ID issued to you.
- Have the temporary password exactly as provided.
Set your password
- 1Sign in with the temporary credentials.
- 2On Change password, enter the current temporary password.
- 3Enter and confirm a new password.
- 4Submit the form and wait for the redirect to your normal home page.
Important: You cannot open protected admin or viewer pages until the password change succeeds.
Expected result
Your temporary-password requirement is cleared and normal role-based access begins.
