Before you begin
- An active Event Stream account with access to the area described in this guide.
What to check
- 1Use the email attached to the Event Stream account, not a personal alias.
- 2Check spelling and remove accidental spaces.
- 3Ask the administrator whether the account, profile, and organization are active.
- 4Ask for the organization login URL directly if email lookup remains unsuccessful.
Safe result
The lookup intentionally returns a generic no-organization message and does not reveal profile, role, login ID, or password information.
Expected result
The user receives the correct organization link without exposing private account details.
