Resolve single-device, per-viewer session, or organization concurrent-viewer messages.

Before you begin
- An active Event Stream account with access to the area described in this guide.
Viewer actions
- 1Close the event on other devices and browser tabs.
- 2Wait up to two minutes for an interrupted session to leave the active window.
- 3Open the event again on the intended device.
Administrator actions
- 1Review the event Session controls.
- 2Review organization session defaults.
- 3Confirm the organization concurrent-viewer plan limit.
- 4Avoid increasing limits until duplicate or stale sessions are ruled out.
Expected result
The viewer can start a permitted session or the administrator identifies the specific limit requiring review.
