Before you begin
- An active Event Stream account with access to the area described in this guide.
Why an area may be missing
- Your role does not include the required permission.
- The organization plan does not include the area.
- A Platform Administrator disabled the area for the organization.
- A required parent capability, such as Events, is unavailable.
- The subscription is expired, suspended, or cancelled.
Usage limits
Plans can limit total users, admin users, events created per month, and active concurrent viewers. When a limit is reached, Event Stream blocks the related creation or viewing action and keeps existing data unchanged.
Note: Organization Administrators can review the plan and contact the Platform Administrator when access or limits need to change.
Expected result
You can distinguish a permission issue from a plan, dependency, limit, or subscription issue.
