Before you begin
- An active Event Stream account with access to the area described in this guide.
Add an asset
- 1Open the related event.
- 2Choose the image upload or manual URL flow.
- 3Select banner, thumbnail, speaker, or gallery.
- 4Choose a supported image and provide alternative text and order.
- 5Save, then use View Assets to open the filtered central library.
Upload rules
- Images only; video and document uploads are not supported.
- Unsupported image formats and oversized files are rejected with a friendly message.
- The preview preserves image aspect ratio.
- Technical file identifiers are not shown to viewers.
Expected result
The image appears in the event and central asset library with correct metadata.
