Before you begin
- An active Event Stream account with access to the area described in this guide.
Access effects
- Trial and Active: normal role and feature checks apply.
- Expired: viewers and streaming are blocked; Organization Administrators can sign in to see the expired state and seek renewal.
- Suspended: organization access is paused according to the platform policy.
- Past due: the status is visible for follow-up; access follows the configured subscription enforcement.
- Cancelled: ongoing organization service is unavailable.
Dates and remaining time
Platform views calculate days remaining and expiry state from the subscription end date. Start and end dates are required when organizations are provisioned or updated.
Expected result
Users understand whether an access issue is caused by the subscription lifecycle rather than their password or event assignment.
