Set defaults that events inherit when no event-level override is selected.

Before you begin
- An active Event Stream account with access to the area described in this guide.
Session defaults
- Single Device Default sets the standard one-device policy.
- Concurrent Session Default sets the standard per-viewer session limit.
- Disabling multiple sessions or enabling single-device behaviour makes the effective limit one.
Viewer defaults
- Show Library controls navigation and route access.
- Allow Replay Access controls whether completed recordings can be watched.
- Allow Recordings controls whether available recordings can appear.
- Show Announcements on Home controls the viewer-home widget.
Event overrides
Event session fields override organization defaults only when a value is selected. Empty event fields continue to use the current organization defaults.
Expected result
New and existing events with empty overrides follow one clear organization policy.
