Before you begin
- An active Event Stream account with access to the area described in this guide.
Subscription lifecycle
- Trial: evaluation period before normal active service.
- Active: organization access is available within the subscription dates.
- Past due: payment or commercial follow-up is required.
- Expired: the end date has passed.
- Suspended: access is intentionally paused.
- Cancelled: the subscription has ended by decision.
Manual management
Subscriptions are managed manually by Platform Administrators. Event Stream does not currently process payments, invoices, or automatic billing.
Note: Renewal means extending the subscription end date and restoring the appropriate status when approved.
Expected result
The organization can interpret its current subscription state and knows when Platform Administrator action is required.
