Before you begin
- An active Event Stream account with access to the area described in this guide.
Controls
- Organization defaults set the normal policy.
- Events can override defaults.
- Single device makes the effective per-viewer session limit one.
- A separate plan limit controls concurrent viewers across the organization.
Protection boundary
These controls reduce account sharing and excess simultaneous sessions. They do not provide DRM, screen-recording prevention, or complete technical protection of an external provider URL.
Expected result
The selected controls match the organization's access policy and their limitations are understood.
