Download event analytics, viewer sessions, or registration data for the current organization.

Before you begin
- An active Event Stream account with access to the area described in this guide.
Available exports
- Event analytics: event title, registration states, unique viewers, sessions, and average duration.
- Viewer sessions: viewer, login ID, event, start, end, duration, and active state.
- Registration status: event title, viewer identity, registration status, and timestamps.
Handle exports safely
Exports are permission-checked and organization-scoped, but they still contain personal and behavioural data. Store, share, and delete them according to your organization's privacy policy.
Important: Do not combine exports from different organizations or share viewer-level data outside the intended operational team.
Expected result
You download the correct organization-scoped CSV and handle it as sensitive operational data.
